You can cancel an order anytime before items have been processed and printed. We are unable cancel an order after it has been created. 

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an item. Please email info@clairejacobsart.org with a picture of the damage and we will contact you within 2-3 business days for next steps. If warranted, a refund will be initiated within 7 days of the item being returned.

Please know that return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All refunds and returns must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery. No refund or return will be processed outside of this timeframe.

After an item is shipped, please contact the shipping provider for any questions regarding status or delays. Items lost during shipping will need to be addressed with the shipping company.
